Add a property: You can organize your properties into various portfolios based on how you have your business organized. You can give your properties nicknames and name your units as you see fit.
Link a bank account: Choose where you want payments to go. For every property, you can designate a specific bank account to be rent or deposit receiving. Payments will go directly into that within 2-3 business days.
Get Verified: After you link a bank account to Azibo you are one step closer to collecting rent on the platform. Your next step is to verify your account by submitting ID verification. At Azibo, security and safety is our number one priority. Every customer must verify their identity before transacting on the Azibo platform.
Invite your tenants: Set up the payments terms for your renters and invite them to pay rent on Azibo.
