Sign up: Create your free account using your name, email and mobile phone. If you have a business name or DBA you can enter that later under your account settings. You can sign up here: https://app.azibo.com/signup
Add a property: You can organize your properties into various portfolios based on how you have your business organized. You can give your properties nicknames and name your units as you see fit.
Link a bank account: Choose where you want payments to go. For each property, you can designate a specific bank account to be receive rent or security deposit. Payments for that unit will go directly into your chosen account.
Get verified: After you link a bank account to Azibo, you are one step closer to collecting rent on the platform. Your next step is to verify your account by submitting ID verification. At Azibo, security and safety is our number one priority. Every customer must verify their identity before transacting on the Azibo platform.
Invite your renters: Set up the payments terms for your renters and invite them to pay rent on Azibo.
Encourage your renters to sign up: We find that property owners/managers who inform their renters in advance of this change have a much higher success rate in getting their renters to sign up.
