Invite:
You will receive an invitation link to the phone number or email you provided to the landlord. If you have clicked on an application link posted within a listing (Zillow, etc.), you will see a summary of details for the property and unit, and click “Continue”.
Account Creation:
Once you have created your secure account using the invitation link, you will begin filling out the application form, or screening report.
Application:
The self reported application will include the following sections:
- Personal Information
- Rental History
- Income & Employment
- Documentation
In your account, you can save your progress, and return to complete the information at a later date.
Once the application is completed, you can return to your account, and check on the status of your application.
Kindly note, once an application is submitted, it is no longer modifiable.
Screening Report:
If your landlord requires a screening report, you will need to provide your social security number, and answer three security questions generated by our screening report partner TransUnion.
Once you have been verified by our screening report partner, you can submit the payment for the report:
You can navigate to the Applications section in your Azibo account, to review the application and screening report details. You also have the option to download the application and screening report in your account.
Review/Offer/Decline:
Once a decision on the application has been made, you will see a banner in your account providing a status update on their application. If accepted, you will receive an offer for the unit, and you will manage your rent payments from the same account!
Whether an application is approved, or declined, you will receive an email notifying you that an update has been made on your application.
