To adjust your application settings
Navigate to your Settings tab, and click on ‘App and screening’
In this section, you have the option to configure default settings for your application process. You can request the application & screening report, application only, or screening report only.
To customize your application settings
You have the ability to customize two sections of the application process:
- Application costs
- Application instructions and criteria notice
Application costs:
- Click on Add a payment setting
- If you have a set dollar amount you would like to charge your applicant for the screening report, input that amount, and the remainder portion will be billed to you as soon as their background check has completed.
- Assign your application cost to a property
- Add your preferred payment method
- Agree to the billing transaction settings
- Save the changes
Application instructions and criteria notice:
- Click on Add custom application instructions and criteria notice
- Add your instructions that will be shown on the first screen of the application
- Select the properties you want these custom instructions to show for
- Save the changes
Once you have configured your application settings to your preference, you can begin inviting applicants to apply for a unit!
