Maintenance and messaging will be on for all property owners, meaning you can create requests and message threads for your renters, where you can correspond.
To allow your renters the option to create messages and requests, you will need to enable this feature within your settings.
- ON: To turn the maintenance and messaging feature on (renters can initiated requests).
- OFF: To turn the maintenance and messaging feature off (renters cannot initiate requests but you can still create them).
