When Registering:
If you're joining the platform through an invitation from your property owner, you'll have the opportunity to correct your name, mobile phone number, and email address during the account creation process.
For Renters Who Can't Log In:
If your Azibo account is already established and you need to update your phone number or email address, please contact support@azibo.com to initiate the request. You will be required to complete an ID verification to confirm your identity for this change.
For Renters Who Can Log In:
If you can access your account, you can easily update your email address or phone number. Follow the steps below to update your credentials after logging in. Your property owner will be notified of any changes to your email or phone number. Follow the steps below to update your credentials after logging in: Sign into your Azibo account - Go to Settings - Choose Personal Information:
In the 'Personal Information' section, select the credential you wish to update. Your existing credentials will already be pre-filled. Please enter your new email or phone number, and provide your password for security purposes:
Once you select "save," you will be directed to verify your new credentials. Please enter the verification code during this step:
After you enter your verification code and select "submit," you will receive a notification in the bottom left-hand corner confirming the successful update of your credentials.
