EBRHA is partnering with Azibo to offer two services to EBRHA’s members:
- A filterable and searchable forms library where association members can download pdf versions of the latest versions of EBRHA forms.
- An end to end digital lease experience where members can easily, in minutes, assemble a complete lease packet for signature. In this experience, members walk through a guided experience where they provide key information required for a EBRHA member lease (e.g., payment terms, tenant information, etc). Based on their answers, a set of lease documents, addendums and key notices are recommended. Members can easily select and re-order additional documents. The information they provide is then auto populated into the lease packet, which they can review, add any additional information in optional fields, and then either download the ready for signature lease packet for free or get it e-signed via Azibo for $9.99.
- This digital lease experience combines EBRHA’s legal and regulatory expertise with Azibo’s technology to provide a streamlined, easy to use, digital lease experience with the most up to date legal forms, compliant with state, county, and city regulations across all of its covered jurisdictions.
