What does the Azibo RHAWA experience look like?

Please review the demo below to better understand the RHAWA member experience.

Here’s how it works:

1. Create a free Azibo account:
   1. Visit the RHAWA forms library at https://www.rhawa.org/azibo-info
   2. Click the “Create my free Azibo account” button. This will take you to the Azibo registration page and pre-fill your name, email, and phone based on your member data from RHAWA.
      IMPORTANT: Please ensure that the phone number is a mobile phone. If it’s not, please enter your mobile phone on Azibo before creating your Azibo account.
   3. Confirm your details and complete the Multi-Factor Authentications
2. Go to the “Forms and Documents” section
3. Click on the “RHAWA Forms” tab
4. Here you’ll see all the documents ready for you to download in a searchable, filterable experience
5. You can also create a lease using Azibo’s end to end digital lease experience by clicking on “New Lease”.

NOTE: If you are already an Azibo member, please sync your Azibo account with your association account. You can see a video walkthrough of how to do this here.

If an RHAWA member has technical issues with the Azibo software or questions on how to do specific things within Azibo. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Pacific Time.
