Workspace
A workspace in Azibo refers to a specific grouping of properties, portfolios, and access levels within the platform. Each workspace must have an owner, who determines access permissions for other team members within that workspace. Users can hold different roles within different workspaces.
Workspace owner
The workspace owner is the primary account holder in Azibo. They have full access to all features within the platform and are responsible for managing access for other collaborators within the workspace. The owner can add collaborators and allocate seats for team members within the workspace.
User Role
User roles define the level of access and permissions that a collaborator has within a specific workspace. Users can have different roles in different workspaces, allowing for flexible management based on responsibilities and requirements.
Feature
Features in Azibo refer to specific tools, products, and areas of the platform such as banking, reporting, maintenance requests, and bookkeeping. Collaborators' access to these features is determined by their user role within the workspace.
Access/Permissions
