Assistants can’t set or change receiving accounts for rent payments, but they can for one-time payment requests. See the chart below for more details.
Note: Assistants can’t connect new bank accounts or edit bank information.

Rent Collection | Workspace owners are responsible for assigning a receiving account for any unit where the renter is paying through Azibo. The Assistant cannot edit receiving accounts for properties. |
One-time payment requests | Assistants do have the ability to create & send one-time invoices on behalf of a workspace owner. As these situations are unique, the Assistant will need to select a receiving account for each one-time invoice. Assistants can only select from bank accounts that are already linked, and cannot add new accounts or edit bank account information. |
