To upload a receipt to a bookkeeping transaction, you will first navigate to your Bookkeeping section.
- Click on ‘Edit’ to the right side of your transaction
- Click on ‘Attach file’
- You will have the option to upload a new file or receipt, or you can select a file that you have recently uploaded into your Files section.
- Click ‘Attach file’ after selecting the document you want associated with the transaction.
- Assign any additional bookkeeping records, or any additional notes to your preference.
- Click ‘Save’ to upload your file to your transaction.
Once you have uploaded your file, you will see a paperclip next to your transaction, indicating you have a file associated to the transaction.
You have the option to Edit the transaction or uploaded document if needed. Simply click on the 'Edit' button once more, where you have the option to:
- View/Edit the file
- Download the file
- Remove the file
