Once a payment has been processed using Azibo, we cannot facilitate a refund or return it to your tenant through our platform.
You have a few options to consider, when refunding a tenant:
- You can discount a future invoice (edit a future invoice to include a discount)
- If you have a bank account through Azibo, you can send money to your renter using the free online bill payment tools to send money to them via check or ACH.
- If you do not have Azibo checking account, you can refund your tenant offline.
- Check, money order, ACH transfer, or other appropriate means.
