Landlords can view the status of tenant payments under the Incoming Payments tab.
You can expand any invoice to see more details about the payments or balance. You can also manually record a payment, edit the amount or cancel the request.
You can use the filters to view different month, properties or statuses.
When a tenant initiates a payment, the payment status of that invoice will change to “Processing”.
Once the payment successfully deposits into a landlord’s bank account, the status will change to “Paid”.
