Landlords can view the status of tenant payments under the Incoming Payments tab.
You can expand any invoice to see more details about the payments or balance. You can also manually record a payment, edit the amount or cancel the invoice.
Use the filters to view different months, properties or statuses. Use the search bar to search for a specific name or unit title.
When a tenant initiates a payment, the payment status of that invoice will change to “Processing”.
Once the payment successfully deposits into your bank account, the status will change to “Paid”.
