Once your account is verified and you have connected a bank account, payments will be deposited to your specified bank account in as fast as 1-2 business days. It's important to keep in mind that account verification and connecting a bank account are prerequisites for receiving rental payouts through the Azibo platform.
Note: If you are verified and not receiving payment, please make sure that you have assigned a bank account to the related property so that the funds have somewhere to go.
In order to achieve speeds faster than the standard 3-5 business days, funds are often paid out before an invoice payment clears. This would historically lead to payouts hitting your bank account, and having to be reversed or “clawed back” if the renter payment did not clear.
Azibo now checks the balances of a payer before the payment is initiated, ensuring a renter has sufficient funds before we initiate a transaction. This allows for us to fund property owners as fast as 1-2 business days while virtually eliminating clawbacks. You can now be more certain that when you receive a payout, that money will be yours for reinvestment, maintenance, or to record as profit.
Approximately 60-70% of payouts are made in 1-2 business days. Below is a detailed breakdown of different payout scenarios and timing.

These payout timings are due to how the ACH network is set up in the United States. Azibo does not hold funds in transit nor do we earn float on funds. We endeavor to pay out funds as fast as we can given the constraints of the payment systems and properly managing risk.
