Unfortunately, we are unable to stop a payment once it’s started processing. When a payment begins processing, it immediately starts working its way through the ACH network or debit / credit card system. You can think of it like trying to retrieve a letter after you drop it in the USPS mailbox.
If you need a bank account payment stopped, the best option is to reach your bank immediately to see if they can stop the payment on your behalf.
Keep in mind that most banks charge for that service. However, it might be preferable to your account being overdrawn, or to making a payment that you did not intend to make. After contacting your bank, consider talking to your landlord. Your landlord can issue a refund to you either on platform or off platform.
DO NOT issue a stop payment unless you don't intend to use that payment method on Azibo again. A stop payment will result in the associated payment method being blocked. To remove the block there are a number of steps that must be taken contact support@azibo.com
