There are two ways to link your bank accounts to begin receiving ACH payments. Azibo partners with a secure service provider named Plaid, in order to instantly authenticate and verify your bank accounts.

Instantly link your bank account via direct Plaid log in
Navigate to your Bank Accounts section.
In the Bank Accounts section, click on 'Connect an account'
Select ‘Bank account’ and then click ‘Continue’
Confirm the bank account being linked is a personal account or company account
Confirm your information, and click ‘Continue’
For the next steps, you will be taken to Plaid to begin verification. Click on ‘Securely connect’ to continue, and begin following the prompts provided by Plaid.
Once you have successfully linked your bank account, you will provide the preferred name for your bank account in Azibo.
Manually link your bank account via Plaid using your account and routing numbers
Navigate to your Bank Accounts section.
In the Bank Accounts section, click on 'Connect an account'
Select ‘Bank account’ and then click ‘Continue’
Confirm the bank account being linked is a personal account or company account
Confirm your information, and click ‘Continue’
For the next steps, you will be taken to Plaid to begin verification. Click on ‘Securely connect’ to continue, and begin following the prompts provided by Plaid.
To link your account using an account and routing number, scroll down to the bottom of the ‘select your institution’ page and click on ‘link with account numbers’
Provide your account number, and routing number when prompted.
Once you have added your account and routing number, Plaid will ask you to authorize a micro-deposit to be sent to your bank account. This micro-deposit can take 1-2 business days to process to your account. You will see it in your bank account's transaction history.
When you receive your micro-deposit, you will log back into your Azibo account, navigate to 'Bank Accounts’ and click on ‘Verify Deposits’
Input the three letter code found in the description of the micro-deposit. Please check your banking transaction log to locate the micro-deposit description. The three-letter code should follow the # in the description. ex #KJH
Complete your ID Verification to enable payouts to your bank account
The final step of creating your Azibo account, and enabling payouts, is to complete ID Verification. At Azibo, prioritizing security and safety is paramount, which is why every landlord is required to verify their identity before conducting transactions on our platform.
This information is only visible to the Azibo Security team. The Stripe application will prompt you to take a photo of ID front and back, then a selfie. After a successful submission your verification status will change to Processing. It can take up to 2 business days to process, you will be sent an email notification regarding the status of your verification. When verification is complete you will see the status change to Verified.
