Azibo’s checking account comes with AziboPay, a unique bill pay solution that is fully integrated with its expense management capability, making it easy for landlords to categorize payments into tax categories and assign them to properties as they pay. This makes it easy to stay organized and prepare taxes.
How to send or schedule bill payments:
Go to Bank Accounts or Payment Center - Select Send Icon - for bill pay select Merchant. If it's the first time you're sending money to this merchant, you will need to Add Merchant, this will bring up a form allowing you to input the name and mailing address that you want this check to be sent to. After completed select Add Merchant, then continue to fill out the your bill pay form.
Be sure to designate an amount, sending account, the memo will appear on the check sent to this merchant, the property and category tags are optional for you. When the form is completed select Continue, the next screen will show you the information entered, please review to ensure it's correct. If it's correct select Send, you will see a success message afterwards. Checks will arrive at merchant address withing 5-7 days.
