If you wish to stop a recurring bill payment, vendor payment, transfer, or any other transaction, you can do so by following these steps:
- Access "Outgoing Payments."
- Navigate to "Scheduled."
- Locate the transaction you want to modify.
- You will have the option to either edit the transaction or cancel and delete it.
For renters, once payment has been submitted, it cannot be stopped. Once a payment clears the landlord will need to initiate a refund.
