To update the phone number linked to your Azibo account, please get in touch with us at support@azibo.com.
Please note that only users with established and verified accounts are eligible for phone number changes. If you are new to Azibo, you can expedite the process by creating a new account with your updated phone number. However, keep in mind that an ID verification process will be required to confirm your identity for the change request.
How to Update Your Credentials When Logged In
Sign into your Azibo account - Go to Settings - Choose Personal Information:
Under 'Personal Information', choose the credential in which you would like to update
Your current credentials will already be auto filled, please input your new email and input your password for security purposes:
After choosing save, you will be redirected to Verifying your new credentials, please input the verification code on this step:
Once you input your Verification code and choose submit, you will be notified at the bottom left-hand side that your credentials have been successfully updated.
