We require landlords complete ID verification prior to completing any account update requests. This is to ensure the security of your account, and the Azibo platform.
Please note that only users with established and verified accounts are eligible for phone number changes. If you are new to Azibo, you can expedite the process by creating a new account with your updated phone number.
