Need some help with getting set up? Here is your step-by-step guide to creating your account, and making your first payment!
Invitation:
You will receive your invitation via email, text message, or both! This invitation will provide you an exclusive link to begin creating your Azibo account.
Account creation:
Your invitation will take you to Azibo, where you will confirm your name, phone number and email address. If everything looks correct, you can create your password and click on ‘Create my account’!
Review your payment terms:
Once you have created your password, you will be taken to your Azibo account. Take a moment to review your payment terms, to make sure they match what you agreed upon with your landlord. If there's any confusion, you can reach out to your landlord for clarification or correction.
Add your payment method:
Next, navigate to your payment methods section, to link your bank account for free ACH payments.
Kindly note, you also have the option to pay with a credit or debit card. Payment using a credit or debit card does incur a 2.99% convenience fee.
Make your payment:
Once you have your payment method added to your Azibo account, you can start paying your invoices! Simply click on the green 'Pay' button, within your Dashboard:
Enable Autopay (optional):
If you would like to simplify the management of your rent payments, we recommend setting up AutoPay! Autopay ensures your rent is paid on time, every time. You can adjust the settings whenever you want!
