Need some help with getting set up? We’ve provided this step-by-step guide to walk you through creating your account and making your first payment.
Step 1: Check your email and/or texts for your invitation
Your landlord will send you an invitation to pay rent on Azibo, check your email/text for your invitation link. This unique link will be used to create your account.
Step 2: Create your free account
Enter your first and last name along with a mobile phone number to create your free account.
Next, you will create a password for your account.
*Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, contain at least one number, one special character, and a mixture of uppercase and lowercase characters.
Ensure that your credentials are correct, and make edits if needed.
After that, you'll be asked to enter the verification code sent from Azibo via text.
Once you've entered the code, you'll be redirected to sign into your new account.
Step 3: Review your rent payment terms
Make sure the payment terms are accurate to what your lease agreement says. If it's different, reach out to your landlord.
Step 4: Add a payment method
Azibo offers flexible payment method options, you can link a bank account for free ACH payments or you can use a debit/credit card (2.99% convenience fee).
Step 5: Make or schedule a payment
After adding a payment method, you can make or schedule your payment. Click pay, then choose your payment date and payment method.
Congratulations, you’ve just made your first payment on Azibo!
Step 6 (optional): Set up AutoPay
You can set up AutoPay to make sure that you never miss a rent payment. Just switch the toggle on and adjust your auto-pay settings. You can edit your autopay settings at any point.
