Some institutions do not support electronic log in, in that case you can manually link your account with the routing and account numbers. We created this step-by-step guide to help.
1. Find where to link your account on Azibo
On your Azibo account, go to your bank accounts tab and select “Link an account”.
2. Choose Manual Linking Option
*If you have an Ad Blocker enabled on your browser you must disable it to get to the manual linking option.
Select Manual to link with routing and account numbers. Linking this way will not give you access to the balance and transaction history.
3. Enter your routing number and account number
Go through the flow where you’ll give information such as your name, the account type, and the routing and account numbers. Once you’ve finished this and given your account a name, you have begun the process of linking. The next step will occur in about one day.
4. Know when and where to find the small deposits (less than $0.99)
About a day later, check your bank account to see if you have two small deposits (less than $0.99). We will send you an email when we have made the deposits.
5. Locate where to verify the deposit amounts on Azibo
To verify the two amounts, you have two options:
From the email: Follow the link in the email
From Azibo: Go back to the bank account or payment method tab on your Azibo account, then click the button that says “Verify" next to the account
6. Verify the amounts
Once you get to the verification step, you’ll be asked to enter the amount of the two deposits.
7. Confirmation
Once you've done this and confirmed, your account is ready to use!
