If a tenant has paid their rent offline, you can manually record that payment on Azibo.
To record a payment you will navigate to the Rent Tab
Locate the invoice for your tenant, and click on the invoice to expand the invoice details.
Select Record Payment
Fill out the payment details and then click on 'Save recorded payment'
When you mark an invoice as paid or canceled it will also populate on the tenant portal so your tenant will no longer see a due or overdue invoice. You can always edit or remove recorded payments from an invoice.
Pro Tip: You can attach a file to this invoice, to include proof of the payment made outside of Azibo!
To attach a file, you will click on the invoice in your Rent tab, to navigate to the Invoice details page.
Click on 'Attach a file' in the bottom right corner of the invoice:
You will have the option to upload a new file, or select a file you have already added to your Files section in Azibo! All attachments added to your invoice will be shared with your tenant.
