Add your properties and organize them into portfolios that make sense for your businesses or usage. When you add a property you can add all the units within that property, give those units names and later invite renters to those units. Adding properties also allows you to utilize the transaction categorization and accounting tools later.
How to assign bank accounts to a property for rent or deposit collection?
After you assign receiving accounts to your property, all payments from renters occupying this property will be sent directly to your selected account within 3 business days. You can change this at any point.
How to delete or edit property?
On the Properties details page, you will see the option to delete a property. Please note to delete a property all units must be vacant. After you’ve added a property, the address cannot be changed. To change or update the address, you will need to delete and recreate the property (or contact firstname.lastname@example.org)
To modify your property's name, follow these steps:
- Access the "Properties" section.
- Select the specific property you wish to update.
- Click on the property's name to initiate editing.
- Save your changes when you're done.
