Add your properties and organize them into portfolios that make sense for your businesses or usage.
Adding properties allows you to utilize the transaction categorization and accounting tools on Azibo.
Assign bank accounts to a property for rent or security deposit collection
- Navigate to Properties
- Click on your property
- Under your Property details page, locate “Receiving accounts” on the right hand side
- Click ‘Edit’
- Select your preferred account to receive funds
- Save your changes.
After you assign receiving accounts to your property, all payments from tenants occupying this property will be sent directly to your selected account within 3-5 business days. You can change your receiving bank account at any time.
Edit or update your property details
- Navigate to Properties
- Click on the three dots to the right side of your property details.
- Click 'Edit property'
- Make the necessary changes to your property nickname, address, or property type.
- Click 'Save' to update the changes.
Delete your property details
Kindly note, deleting a property requires all units be vacant.
- Navigate to Properties
- Click the three vertical dots to the right side of your property
- Select 'Delete property'
