When you remove a tenant from a unit, they will no longer receive invoices.
Please remove tenants who moved out.
To remove a tenant go to ‘Properties’ on the left hand side of the screen → Click on the property desired → Click on the unit → Click the three dots in the top right hand corner → A drop down will appear, select ‘Remove tenant’ → A window will appear, Select ‘Yes, remove tenant’ → This will end their invoicing and remove the tenant associated from the unit → You can now invite a new tenant to this unit by selecting ‘Add Tenant’.
