Log back into your account and select Retry.
Some common reasons why the verification process may have failed include:
- The submitted images were too blurry.
- The photos may have been too dark, make sure you have sufficient lighting next time.
- The information on the government ID did not match the information provided to Azibo
- The ID document may be expired.
- Your face or ID might have been blocked by an object.
You will have three opportunities to retry the verification process, if the verification fails three times please contact support@azibo.com for assistance.
