If it's a business account: The LLC name or EIN is not matching KYB database, there might be a typo.
The account’s company name and EIN should match exactly what’s shown on the company’s SS-4 confirmation letter or Letter 147c, including capitalization and punctuation. Please contact support@azibo.com to have this data corrected.
If it's a personal account: that means the name you used to sign up for Azibo is not matching the name of the bank account owner or something else is not matching KYB database.
