How do I bulk update lease settings like late fees, renters insurance or partial payments?

To quickly update payment terms across one or multiple properties, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Properties
2. Select Manage Properties button
3. Select the units or properties you want to apply the changes to
4. Adjust late fee, renters insurance and/or partial payment settings as needed
5. Click on 'Update'

Your renters will receive email notifications to inform them of the updates.
