How does renters insurance work at Azibo?

Azibo offers residential tenants a streamlined experience to purchase a renters insurance (HO-4) policy via our website. Depending on the state where the dwelling is located, along with a few other factors, our agency partner can return quotes instantly, and the tenant can bind the policy online, including paying either all at once or in installments. 

The actual insurance policy will provide the tenant all the contact information they need to make a claim or update the coverages, and this may vary by state.

Azibo is transitioning renters insurance providers in October 2024, so a tenant may have a policy with MSI or our new partner, Assurant. We provide guidance for each policy type below:

The policy is emailed to the tenant and they can also access it online via the MSI customer portal using the login information provided in the welcome email. You can also see the contact information in the Azibo platform in the Policy Details area.
